Who is MyPalmShop

MyPalmShop is one of Europe’s largest companies specialising in the sale of palm trees and plants.

What was the problem?

It is essential to find a company facing challenges with its website, as this provides an opportunity to redesign and rebrand their online presence. When working on this type of project, it’s important to focus on several key elements, including CVI (Corporate Visual Identity), prototyping, UX/UI design, and coding. These areas are central to developing a holistic solution that both strengthens the company’s visual identity and improves the website’s functionality.
The task is to identify and understand the specific problems the company is facing. For example, by analysing and pinpointing areas where the customer journey can be optimised and made more user-friendly. Taking customer needs and behaviour into account helps ensure that both the design and functionality support a smooth and efficient experience.

Focusing on UX/UI ensures that the website is intuitive and visually appealing, while coding and technical implementation ensure the solution is functional and scalable. Ultimately, the goal is to create a digital platform that effectively supports the company’s objectives and improves the overall user experience.
